Unreturnable Items

Due to the nature of the item, returns are not allowed for pressure washers, generators, small engine items, medical products (including HVAC products), built to order items, or any products that ship via freight. 

Our product listings may indicate product-specific return policies which override the rest of this section. Items shipped directly by the manufacturer can also be subject to different return expectations and fees. If there are any issues or defects with these units, they must be repaired locally under warranty, and the rest of this section does not apply.

Return Process

If the item arrives and is not working, reasonable troubleshooting steps will need to be taken with the manufacturer to determine if the item is defective. If the item is determined to be defective the manufacturer will provide a resolution. 

If there are no problems with the item, the item is new and un-opened, the buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and a restocking fee* starting at 20%. Opened and or used items will not be eligible for returns. 

Shipping cost includes our shipping cost to send the item originally. Refunds will be sent directly to the credit card used to place the order.

Once an RMA has been approved you have 2 weeks (10 business days) to ship the item back to Suppliers Zone.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.  All requests would need to be directed to the manufacturer. Returns need to be mailed back to the instructed location within 10 days of being approved, unless otherwise noted.
